If you are unsure when you arrive to the Loma Hostel at Phuket Town, stick to the bottled water.

Bottom line is yes. Once you leave the Loma Hostel at Phuket Town to go to Phuket airport (HKT) simply go to the departure lounge, after immigration, and its by a small coffee shop. Be warned.
